Role | Description |

Registration & Welcome | Greet attendees, manage check-in, distribute badges and materials. Shifts available all 3 days. |
Session Support | Assist speakers and panelists, manage room setup, handle A/V equipment, time-keep sessions. |
Vendor & Exhibitor Liaison | Help vendors set up and break down, answer exhibitor questions, manage artist alley flow. |
Hospitality & Logistics | Manage snack stations, prayer space coordination, signage, and general venue navigation. |
Social Media & Content | Capture behind-the-scenes content, live-post to KufiCon social channels, assist the media team. |
E-Sports & Gaming | Support tournament operations, assist with equipment setup, manage participant brackets. |
VIP & Speaker Escort | Accompany speakers and VIP guests, manage green room, coordinate with the production team. |
General Support | Flexible role covering wherever help is needed on the day. Great for first-time volunteers. |
